GTM Transaction Text Template Assignment Not Showing Text and Outbound Integration Not Using Text From Text Template (Doc ID 2759451.1)

Symptoms

GTM Transaction Text Template UI and Integration issues.

01. Text Template assignment to GTM Transaction does not show Text under the 'Text Templates' grid. It shows up only if you click the pencil icon to edit the row, then click save.

Example:
-------------
Trade Transaction: XXX
Compliance Rule Set Group: XXX

The Text Template got assigned to the GTM Transaction, but the corresponding Text is not showing up under the 'Text Templates' grid.
Now, click the pencil icon to edit the row, then click save. Now you see the text showing up.

02. GTM Transaction outbound integration does not use the text of the Text Template.
