Limit The Minimum Year Accepted In Date Fields (Doc ID 2759623.1)

Goal

We have some date fields, and by mistake a user put 10/03/0221 instead of 10/03/2021, and the system didn't give any error because of the year 0221.

Is there any way we can limit the dates to the current year? Or to limit the year to only have values after 1900?
