ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Sales order discount rules and guidelines restrictions not working when screen is in Brazilian Portuguese language.
When creating a sales order in English all the discount rules and guidelines restrictions work properly.
But when you change the language to Brazilian Portuguese both Discount Rules and Guidelines restrictions stop working.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expect discount and guidelines to work in Brazilian Portuguese language as well.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the Application.
2. Choose Brazilian Portuguese Language.
3. Order Management.
4. Create Order.
5. Enter Item.
6. Discount and guideline restrictions aren't applying in Brazilian Portuguese, but are in English.
