Symptoms

Advanced search not available for Employment Info flow.

Requirement is to have an HR user be able to see the Advanced Search in the Employment Info flow. It is not present.  However, it is present on 'Create Work Relationship' flow.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Advanced Search should be available for HR user in Employment Info flow

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. My Team > Employment Info
2. Search
3. There is no advanced search available
