Symptoms
An error is reported when creating a charge on a work order:
An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.
An application error has occurred. Your help desk can use the following information to obtain a more detailed description of this incident {incident number}, Server Domain: FADomain, Server Instance: UIServer_1, Application Name:ORA_FSCM_UIAPP.
You must provide a value for RCL_DEF_DEPOT_SAC_RECOVER attribute.
You must provide a value for RCL_DEF_DEPOT_SAC_ISSUE attribute.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate: Order management >Depot Repair
2. Query Work Order Number
3. Open the Work Order and click Create Charges
4. The error is raised
