After Upgrade Incorrect Audit Log Value For Field "Operator Of Device" (Doc ID 2759987.1)

Customer upgraded from to

Device Operator field that was entered in a Case prior to 8.1 showed incorrect information in the Case Revision after upgrade due to missing audit logs for migrated data.
Actual behavior : Post upgrade, cases where field "Operator Of Device" showed up as "Other" in 7.x was showing incorrect in 8.x.

Expectation: The field "Operator of Device" should show the same value, entered prior to 8.1 (i.e. "Other") in 8.x.
