Performance Document Email Notification Has Blank Values For Manager Overall Comments (Doc ID 2760025.1)

Goal

When the manager submits for approval the performance document and completes the overall comments for each evaluation topics, in the notification received, there is no information. In evaluation, we are not using the Overall Summary section

Checked the "PerformanceApprovalNotificationsReport" and the following is displaying:
Manager Overall Comments MOSC_COMMENTS
