Contact Point Type "Mobile" only available to Users with Application Implementation Consultant Role


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

All the user ro see Contact Point Type 'Mobile'

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Customers -> Manage Customers
2. Query the Contact Site -> Create Contact Point
3. Users without Application Implementation Consultant Role can't see type 'Mobile'
