Goal

On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Service Request

Service Request Categories Dropdown showing Recent Searches Only

Instead of showing complete list of Categories and subcategories, why does drop down list only recent searches?

 

Steps:

1. Navigate to Help Desk

2. HR Service Requests

3. Click Create Service Request

4. Enter required fields

5. from Category field, search for any category

6. Observe type ahead only list recent searches. Expected to see full list of all categories
