 Retrieve the Network and Prefix for Backup Network
 SCAN Configuration
 Register IP addresses for VIPs and SCAN
 Create the SCAN and new Listener in clusterware
 Create New Static Clusterware Network
 Add Virtual IP addresses (VIPs)
 Create the VIPs
 Start the newly created VIPs
 Create SCAN Listener
