Information in this document applies to any platform.
User can connect EPM Cloud with web browser.
But same user using same user name and PC client, cannot connect EPM Cloud with Smart View.
User may see these errors;
"Connection to Shared Services provider Failed" from "Smart View" when trying to connect with Shared Connection.
"Cannot Connect to Provider" from "Oracle Smart View for Office" when trying to connect with Private Connection.
"Unable to open [URL]. Cannot download the information you requested." from "Microsoft Excel" when clicking link of shared or private connection URL at cell on Excel.
