Symptoms
On : 11.13.20.07.0 version, Performance Management
Issue:
Whenever a manager submits the performance evaluation for approval, a "Workflow System" step is automatically created in Approval history
An email is also received from "workflowsystem"
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Fusion Application as Manager
2. Submit Performance Document for approval
3. Performance Approval Notification was triggered having the incorrect Person name in Approval history as shown in attachment:
