PRC:POZ: Make SUPPLIER ADDRESS - Language Field Required Is Not Working

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Customization on "Supplier Address - Language" is not working
Requirement to make the Language field mandatory at Supplier Address Level.
Performed the customization and Make this field as "Required" and "Show Required" by using Page Composer. But this is not working as expected i.e. It is allowing to save the Supplier Address if the language is not entered which it should not allow.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable Sandbox and use Page composer
2. Supplier > Supplier Address > Make Language LOV field required
