How to customize the Performance Goal Feedback Questionnaire (Doc ID 2760576.1)

Goal

In Release 21A, Request Feedback feature was rolled out for Performance Goals as detailed in the following What's New notes. The seeded 'Performance Goal Feedback' Questionnaire would be locked preventing any updates to this seeded questionnaire.

However, there is no No Save and close Button when trying to add questions to the "Performance Goal Questionnaire", if the Questionnaire is not in use.
