Error encountered on effective pricing Account id or Person id is mandatory


Account id or Person id is mandatory

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Search person (Customer Setup--> Manage client details --> search)
2) Click on context menu and go to effective pricing
3) On effective pricing screen error message is getting displayed
