Symptoms

When running API scripts in the Production environment, they are all failing with the following error:

"401 unauthorized"


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Customer configures their API to run per set schedule.
  2. API is failing with the error noted above.
