Automatic Name Update Issue While Assigning An Item To Change Order (Doc ID 2761333.1)

User was observing an issue regarding Item name update in one of their environments while assigning item to change order. When search for an item of class "xxxx, yyyyy" and tried to assign it to CO, once the CO is created the name of item is getting replaced with the Auto Generated number. This behavior was not same for all test environments.
User verified variant rules on the different POD's for Rule Generated class and compared with this instance, but rule is same and still observing this issue only on one environment.

This Note addresses the exact root cause of this issue.
