Problem Description:

User created a custom Hiring Manager role where the seeded version of View Manager Hierarchy was used with a Person Security Profile.  This involves that job offers make use of the View Manager Hierarchy condition to restrict security at the person level.

The expectation was that a Hiring Manager would have access to all job offers where they themselves are on the offer team, or where a person below them in the Line Manager hierarchy has been added as a Hiring Manager to the job offer.  Instead, it appears the Hiring Manager also has access to all job offers where a person in the hierarchy below them have been added as a Collaborator or Recruiter to the job offer.
