Symptoms
Supplier integration fails in RFI when address is in country where only PROVINCE field is present in Address.
Based on the supplier's country of origin, the province is used in the CFIN instead of city, its not an choice (configurable). For example, the suppliers whose origin is CHINA, the province automatically be used, a supplier whose origin is USA, the city will be used.
