Oracle Fusion Recruiting Cloud: Email Alias is Not Reflecting in Gmail (Doc ID 2761509.1)

Symptoms

Problem Description:

Customer requested to change their email alias for outbound notifications using a specific email address.  The email alias successfully reflected in Office 365 and other disposable emails such as Yopmail, but not in Gmail.  In Gmail, the email alias reflected as the actual email address only for the first outbound notification that was sent to Gmail.  However, for subsequent emails sent to Gmail, the alias was then being recognized.

Only if you click on the email address in the message in Gmail can the email alias be seen.
