Symptoms

On : 11.13.20.10.0 version, Custom Objects

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Deep link generated by BI report is opening a blank page for certain users.

Also copying the generated URL directly in a browser also opens a blank page

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
It should open the details of the custom object instead of opening blank page

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

log into application
Navigator> Tools> Reports Analytics> Custom report> Click on a record> System displays blank page

However some users are able to open the same link
