Symptoms

Transfer order is in 'Shipped' status but cannot be received.
Its an old transfer order.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Expect to receive the transfer order.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create an internal requisition in procurement.
2. Transfer order is created.
3. Pick confirm the transfer order.
4. Ship the transfer order.
5. See the transfer order is in Shipped status.
6. The stock has not been reduced.
