Audience: Users of Oracle Database Cloud Services on X5 Bare Metal Shapes
Oracle is announcing the end-of-support-life (EOSL) of all Oracle Database Cloud Services on X5 Bare Metal shapes with the following dates:
- June 30, 2021 for the High I/O shapes and 2-node RAC shapes
- March 31, 2022 for the Dense I/O shapes
End-of-Sale of these services were announced in:
- June, 2018 for the High I/O shapes and 2-node RAC shapes
- November, 2018 for the Dense I/O shapes
Actions
Customers are required to transition to an updated version of Oracle Database Cloud Service (for example Oracle Database Cloud Service-Virtual Machine, Oracle Autonomous Database or Oracle Database Exadata Cloud Service before the "End of Support Life” (EOSL) dates listed above.
