ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When customizing Evaluation Management Message Templates if you manually type in the variable (merge field) it will not be recognized by the editor and the variable will not be resolved when the correspondence is received.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

Evaluation Management variables should resolve in the correspondences.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to Configuration > Evaluation Management > Message Templates.

2. Access template "Initial Required".

3. Notice that the variables are highlighted in yellow which means they are recognized by the editor.

4. Remove one of the variables {Evaluator First Name} and add it again by manually typing it. Type in "{Evaluator First Name}".

5. Notice that the variable is not highlighted in yellow which means that it is not recognized by the editor.

6. Save the changes to the message template.

7. Trigger the "Initial Required" correspondence: Submission > Interviews Tab > Resources > Questionnaires Attached to Requisition > [Select Questionnaire] [Send Request].

8. Check the correspondence and notice that the variable is not resolved.
