On : 11.13.21.01.0 version, Profile Management
When attempting to navigate to Skills & Qualifications page for an employee and expand Work Requirements or Career Preferences sections,
the following error occurs.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Profile > search for an employee > Skills & Qualifications page
2. Expand Work Requirements or Career Preferences sections
