Customer have questions over Prepaid Billing Partners:

Use Case: assign 10,000 to a partner (block points). Then, we assign 10,000 and 100 and 100 to three members for this partner.  These Loyalty transactions (accrual) are going to be processed successfully without any error.

We run the Partner Debit Main Job and the block points end with a remaining points = -200. This is a over consume (negative points).

How does Oracle Loyalty Cloud control that over assign points for this partner to members to avoid these cases?
