Symptoms

When attempting to create a new customer Asset with serial numbers via Subscription management or contract management UI / Rest API  / FBDI the following error occurs.

ERROR
-------
ORA-01403: no data found ORA-06512: at "FUSION.INV_SERIAL_NUMBER_PUB", line 4378 ORA-06512: at line 1


STEPS
-------
1. Navigate to Subscription Management -> Subscription Management Configuration -> Manage Asset -> Create
2. Create a new customer Asset with Serial number
3. receive error
