Goal

BPA visible to the requester on the landing page when creating a catalog based requisition. But only standard BPA's are visible and not the consigned BPA.

As consigned BPA is not visible, requester is going to the sourcing team to check whether he/she can raise the requisition for this particular item or not.

This is very time consuming and delaying the business operations for consignment items.

Customer need the visibility of consignment BPA on the catalog based requisition landing page
