The Opportunity Import Is Resulting In Errors On AssigneeId, OwnerId
ERROR

An error occurred during the data import. (MKT-285235) Details: This error occurred while importing data: JBO-27024: Failed to validate a row with key oracle.jbo.Key[999999999999999 999999999999999] in ActivityAssigneeEO.
An error occurred during the data import. (MKT-285235) Details: This error occurred while importing data: AssigneeId : The value of the attribute AssigneeId isn't valid.
An error occurred during the data import. (MKT-285235) Details: This error occurred while importing data: OwnerId : The value of the attribute OwnerId isn't valid.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to application
2. Navigate to Tools > Import Management
3. Click Create Import Activity
Set Name = xxxxx
Set Object = Opportunity
File Name: Click on the Choose File button and select the file
4. Click the Next button
5. Click the Next button
6. Click the Submit button
