Getting Below Error When Trying To Complete Transaction

The receipt method that you selected is invalid. (AR-856410)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Receivables>Billing
- Create Transaction>Enter the details
- Try to complete transaction
