Lead Import: LOV_MyContact with given set of values leads to multiple matching rows

When trying to create leads with an Import Activity, the following errors appears. The file they are using in this Import Activity includes the ContactPartyNumber as reference to the contact that we want to associate. According to their investigation, this issue is happening when CX find multiple contacts with the same name. In this case, by example, there are multiple contacts with the same name. This also happens with contacts for which there are other contacts with the same name.

The error does not occur with contacts that have a name that is not repeated in other contacts.
