Symptoms

When redeploy SOA/BPEL application with outbound DBAdapter, 'Current Connections' on Weblogic console monitor page (Monitor the Weblogic console Monitoring page(Deployments -> DbAdapter -> Monitoring -> Outbound Connection Pools -> Current Connections ) will increase one. It will not shrink.
