Portugal Localization: Credit Memo created on Migrated invoice is not getting Finalized
Running the Finalized Documents program it is finishing with error

You must complete the listed missing setups before rerunning the ESS job. (JE-750071)
<Sequence Name> : Enter the same value in the Already Billed segment of the Batch Sources for Portugal Regional Information for sources processed by the same document sequence.
No data found to be processed for importing the encryption signature from an external application based on the submitted parameters. (JE-750092)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Tools > Scheduled Processes
2. Schedule New Process > Select Process Name: Finalized Documents
3. Provide the parameters > [B] Submit
