Oracle Management Cloud (OMC) Agent upgrade from 1.52 to 1.53 fails with the following error:


 Validation started (FATAL: Error while evalutating the agent type, the details are [File is not present at [sysman/admin/agent.installmode] to load.]. Generate the logs bundle using [<Agent_BASE>/agent_inst/bin/omcli generate_support_bundle agent /tmp] command and contact Oracle Management Cloud support with the logs bundle.)
