Symptoms
On : Setup, Rapid Impl and Security
When attempting to import configuration package,
the following error occurs.
ERROR

oracle.jbo.SQLStmt.Exception.JBO
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Download the configuration package from source environment
2. From Setup and Maintenance, Manage Configuration Packages, Actions-> Import, upload the configuration package
3. It fails with the above message

Due to this issue, users cannot import configuration packages
