ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Association tab is not available for calculation card when the user is having a data role restricted by Legislative Data Group while using classic UI
If the data role has view all criteria than the association tab is visible
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Association tab should be displayed in classic UI for the calculation cards
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Classic UI: Manage Calculation Cards - search after employee - click on Benefits And Pensions Calculation Card - no association tab available for the restricted role
2. Classic UI: Manage Calculation Cards - search after employee - click on Benefits And Pensions Calculation Card - data is displayed as expected for the view all data role
