How the old settings and transactions for Contingent Workers Rehired as Employees can be accessed?

For the scenario where the contingent workers are re-hired as employees. This will be achieved by terminating the existing work relationship of type contingent worker and starting a new employee work relationship. Need to have the following clarification:
1. What will happen to the existing transactions in the system for Projects, Expenses, Procurement? Will they still be valid and accessible?
2. Does the system checks hire-date to validate the existing transactions in the system? For e.g. a transaction is done on 1 Feb 2021 and because of re-hiring the hire date is 25 Feb 2021. On 26 Feb 2021, will the system check that the work relationship for the transaction done 1 Feb is not active any more and hence the transaction is invalid and will start throwing errors?
3.If Contingent Worker is defined as Project Team Member in Parties Tabs and If he is rehired as Employee what will be his Status in the Parties Tab in PPM (Should we Add him again in Parties Tab in PPM)
4. If Contingent Worker is Rehired as employee Can he enter Back dated transactions .
( eg Till 25Feb he was Contingent Worker and From 26 Feb2021 he has been rehired as employee.
In this scenario can he enter transactions before 25 Feb2021 or he can Enter Transactions from 26Feb2021.
