Symptoms
Post 21A upgrade you are observing an issue with the TransactionCode "RC". The ParentTransactionLineGid is nullified for Child Transaction lines when you send an update payload.
However if you make an update to one attribute and send the same transaction again for update, you are observing the ParentTransactionLineGid is getting wiped out for all child lines except one, hence now the transaction is having multiple parent lines.
This is causing issues in your screening as you are passing the ParentTransactionLineGid for all lines but it is being retained for only one child line.
