When attempting to modify P6 application access for users in the Cloud Administrator, the following error occurs.
Assigning Application Access failed : <APPLICATION ROLE> due to Error while creating user Error while deleting user A client exception occured while trying to perform username token authentication: Fatal error: An Error has occured. SubSystemFacade object is not available for DB Id 1. Please check the configuration.
