Symptoms

Problem Description:

A job requisition template has been created for a specific Primary Location (ex. United States).

During job requisition creation, the requisition template is not available when selecting a Primary Location of City + Country (ex. NYC, United States).

It only becomes available once the Primary Location selected during job requisition creation is Country only.
