Oracle Linux: Why "/var/lib/sss/pipes/nss" Path is Accessed for Local User Authentication ? (Doc ID 2763168.1)

Goal

On Oracle Linux servers why is the local user authentication is accessing "/var/lib/sss/" path, even though /etc/nsswitch.conf file is configured to look for local user than AD/LDAP user.
