Symptoms
When attempting to run Periodic Mass Copy,
the following error occurs for certain assets.

You can't create identical distribution lines
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. run periodic mass copy for tax book
2. process ends in Warning, with part of the assets displayed with this error in the process log and not being copied from corp to tax book.
