Driver Assignment Changing the Source Location in Previously Assigned Shipment

Symptoms
A driver is assigned to one shipment. A User then uses the Dispatch Board Workbench (or equivalent) to assign a second shipment that is EARLIER than the first shipment by dragging the shipment to the Driver GANTT chart and dropping it in an earlier time than the existing assignment.
This causes the first shipment assigned (i.e. the later one) to have corrupted Stops. The first NFR stop on that shipment is now the delivery location of the shipment instead of the driver home location (as the earlier shipment ... or latest one assigned...last stop is the driver home)
