Symptoms

In OL7, dbasscli commands fail to run with oracle user when sudo to oracle but works when su to oracle

$ sudo /var/opt/oracle/dbaascli/dbaascli dbhome info
DBAAS CLI version xx.xx.xx.xx
Executing command dbhome info
Unable to run command. This command should be run as user: or root. Currently: oracle
