Unable To Change The Asset Category For CIP Asset (Doc ID 2763492.1)

When attempting to change the category for a Construction-in-Process (CIP) Asset, the following error occurs:

The Change category transaction <TRANSACTION NUMBER> failed for asset number <ASSET NUMBER>.
The number of records processed is 0.
The number of records that failed is 1.
