CSV header is should be append once while writing stage file in read in segment component

In my usee case,I am reading a large file (more than 10 MB).So I am using Read in Segment component.and each time I am writing the read linens into a .csv file using write stage component.
in write stage I am defining the CSV header in one node and another node with looping I am mapping the data.
But the problem is foe each 200 line the header is getting written into the file.
My requirement is to have the header Once and append the data file
