Not able to add column to OIC Lookup


Due to recent changes to the display, we are not able to add a Column to an existing lookup. The (+) icon is hidden and there is no horizontal scroll bar displayed.
We tried to export the lookup, modify by adding a column and then re-import but it is throwing.
