Sales Lead and Opportunity Disappear from Navigator Menu in Outlook Plugin
The Sales Lead and Opportunity Buttons disappear under the Navigator Menu for the Office 365 plugin even though they are set to visible in App Composer. The user has to log out and then log back in to the Outlook Plugin for them to reappear.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Navigator should show all items enabled for Show on Navigator in Application composer.
BUSINESS IMPACT

This prevents users from creating and viewing Sales Leads / opportunities in the plugin.
