Symptoms

When attempting to pass value in JSON from external system,

com.bm.xchange.services.configuration.bs.rules.ConfigBsRuleBO.applyRuleAction(ConfigBsRuleBO.java:1425) - Error parsing String: Illegal unquoted character ((CTRL-CHAR, code 9)): has to be escaped using backslash to be included in string value
 at [Source: (String)"{"truncated 286 chars]; line: 1, column: 72]
