Symptoms

On ORMB v2901, BATCH Performance Issue.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------------------------
Batch C2PSGNEX is taking 7 hrs. to complete its execution.
In RMB v2.4 environment, same batch used to take only 1 hr.
Also this is running on 1 Thread only.

There are 60 threads available. But when extract batches with multiple threads, batch does not start the execution, remains in pending status.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
----------------------------------
Batch run should be within an acceptable time range.
Also it will use multiple threads by distributing the tasks evenly to get a better run time.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Run Batch C2PSGNEX.
